First of all, let me apologize for my absence over the last month. A new Haywire Effect has been in the works for so long now, a lot of people are questioning whether or not it will be released. It will be. I promise you. There was sickness to blame at first, then just a lack of time due to increased responsibilities and workload. I promise it will be worth the wait, and hopefully its appearance will mean the kick-off of two more companion series to the show. I’m going to keep them under wraps for now, but believe me when I say they’ll be a lot of fun.

 

Secondly, and most importantly: There will be a drastic shift in how wedding videography is promoted on this site over the coming months. A vlog will be coming soon, detailing how it’s all gonna go down, and when the changes will come into effect. Suffice it to say that after working in this field for so long, I finally started doing some homework on my competitors, and I’m only now realizing just how much I’ve been shortchanging myself. When I say that no other company out there does what I do for my clients, I can say with supreme confidence and conviction that it’s true. There is literally no other videography company putting in the kind of work that I do on these videos (especially being a one-man operation). And for the price I’ve been selling them, in conjunction with the obscene amounts of hours it takes to complete them, I have been shooting myself in the foot. Don’t worry! I’m not changing my style or anything, but there will be the addition of a third wedding package in this restructuring that will allow for more of a middle ground, and will result in a higher quality of production all around for my wedding videos, not to mention a full reinvestment of myself into their creation.
