Event Coordination

Set up and Take down

1 – Coordinator

2 – Coordinators
Reception Only: $425.00

*Venues to be within 30miles, anything over 30miles will be charged a break fee of $35.00

*Packages are based hourly with 1 coordinator

Adding additional hours for 1 coordinator $100.00 per hour
Adding additional hours for 2 coordinators $135.00 per hour

 

Set up and Take down Only Package Includes:

  • Myself picking up all your venue decorations from you the night before, setting up the venue the day of and coming back to the venue in the evening to take down the décor and anything you may have instructed to keep. I will pack them into the boxes you gave them to me in and place them into the selected vehicle of the designated person for the evening.

 

All Hourly Packages include:

  • Two meetings prior to wedding

  • Email communication

  • Detailed day of timeline line for vendors and bridal party

  • Confirmation of vendors the week of your event

  • Main contact person the day of

  • Ceremony coordination & day of Reception coordination

  • Ensuring the day runs smoothly

  • Updating specified wedding member throughout the evening

  • End of the night clean up

  • Packing all items of your choice into the specified individual’s vehicle
     

 

Set up of ceremony and reception items includes but not limited to:

  • Ceremony items: programs, unity candle, aisle runner/decor

  • Seating Chart/Escort cards

  • All DIY items including; centerpieces, signs, aisle décor, misc.
    (Centerpieces) Setting up Floral Arrangements

  • Guest favors

  • Cake knife/server

  • Table numbers, candles, misc.

  • Menus

  • Table linens and napkins if not provided by the venue
    Any other additional items as requested

 

  • If you would like me to be present at the rehearsal for the 6 or 8 hour packages it is an additional $50.00 on to your total event.

 

  • If a venue is more than 50miles there will be an additional .25cents per mile added for transportation.
